When I wrote to them, they kept playing with words and pro-actively said they will compensate for the loss by delivering a complimentary box of chocolates which NEVER happened even after a month now. Initially I ws glad to see a response come thru, which was unexpected, but as many have already said, "FnP really play wit your emotions". And, the roses weren't so great as displayed in their pics, small rose buds..huh! FnP CS has some really good fraud **** sittin up der only to fool around via mails and over the phone exactly like the fraud over-priced products they offer. Never buy from FnP! More than ur loved one being surprised and happy on the D-day, "YOU" would turn sick and unhappy. FnP SUCKS!!!
