		<description>@Chandan - Yes there is such a policy. Same is the problem with me, I have got the worst neighbours imaginable. Even though I have a right to place antennas etc. on the roof they act like they are doing me a big favour. 

Its just something you will have to deal with. Its been 5 months since my antenna was installed, touch wood , till now it hasnt given me any problems. Hoping it will remain the same.</description>

The antenna could not be put up on my gallery which is on the 6th floor and i had to somehow persuade my neighbors on the 4th floor to install it there as the tata guys had a weird restriction of not putting the antenna  above 12 mts in height. Do you have any information on it? Now whenever there is any problem with the antenna i have big issues as it is not readily accessible to me..</description>

		<description>Use OpenDNS DNS server, I have been using those ip for my tata indicom wireline broadband since 2006, no problems faced. you can even customise a filter so that unwanted sites will not open. :)

FYI, openDNS server IPs are: 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220</description>
