There is a service tag number underneath your laptop, call dell and tell them the number. Your laptop is still in warranty and do not take it to non DELL people. Just call up DELL at 1800-425-8045 or 080-2510-8045 from a BSNL phone and explain your problem. Have your service tag handy.</description>

		<description>i had purchased DELL INSPIRON 1525 ON FEB 26 2009.
but on 16 or 17 of march 2009,at 12&#039;o clock,when i was going to open a file,my lapton restart automaticly &amp; suddenly it stopped working.
i took my laptop to the center from where i had purchased my laptop(priyanka computer&#039;s raipur (c.g)) they told me that it is a HARD DISK problem.
so tell me how i can get my laptop back to normal.</description>
