I have a iphone, i am using in US now and i am flying to india for 3 months vacation and will be in us.
now i want to unlock the iphone for my use in india and when i come back to USA i want to use the same iphone with at&t. is there a possible way to do it.
Please reply urgently if anyone knows.

Guys… my bro stays in US. I wanna kno hw i can get an Iphone(3G/3GS) from there(contract or any other ways)? how much does it cost there?? Hw do i unlock the same?? I hv heard that bluetooth transfer, GRPS, video playback n sms face some operational issues with such unlocked phones.is it true?? do v hv ne solution to these issues?? Mac Users: Download Pwnagetool or QuickPwn and use it to unlock/jailbreak original iPhone latest firmware 2.1.

Jailbreak iPhone 3G up to latest firmware 2.1.

Windows Users: Download WinPwn and use it to unlock/jailbreak original iPhone up to firmware 2.0.2.

Download and use QuickPwn to jailbreak/unlock original iPhone up to 2.0.2 (unlock remains from 2.0.1)

Can I buy iPhone 3Gs in Apple store, Canada????

Happy to know that we have option to unlock even the 3Gs version.

But can anyone tell me what drawbacks will be there in buying the iPhone in Apple store??? should I need to pay any extra money to the cell phone service provider there in Canada???

My friend told me to buy second hand in Canada and do unlock to use it in India, to avoid the contract deal with cell phone service provider and extra pay.
