Ankit, as I have mentioned many times- on your blog as well as Karan’s; it was an ill advised decision to buy this book from Indiatimes. I got my OOTP book after 5 days! It may not have mattered with other books but reading HP on its release date has its own charm, also helps you out of all those spoilers.

I also wonder if TNT carriers were responsible for the late delivery of my book too. Nonetheless, indiatimes is not to be trusted with issues like this I believe.

Hi,

I have already informed my regional CS head, to personally take care of this matter.

In case its not resolved till evening do let me know. We will do a through investigation from our end and will ensure white spots are covered.It should have been delivered on sat, but as it has not been the case, they should deliver it today. On sunday none of the express co. operate.

I do beleive its a case of personal negligence as we do have a very high service levels in Del, which is proved by our cleintele in Del. But would still regret the delay and would like to assure you our service recovery.

Yeah, usually people respond when i write about companies. There are always nice and helpful people in all companies. Mr. Bose seems to be nice, i have already emailed to him with my details and am waiting for a response.

Yeah i live in the heart of New Delhi, package usually reach me at 11:00 am in the morning, i think the delivery man must be responsible for this particular problem.

Nice to see someone from the company coming and taking notice, however i must say its really irresponsible of the courier company to miss the date of delivery by two days.

My personal experience has been that India post is the most reliable as far as not losing the package goes. However they are slow.

You live in the heart of Delhi right ? , if TNT cant deliver in the heart of Delhi in time, what can you expect ?
