People have already started seeing a difference in their speeds as much as by 30 kbps already. But still anxious users are awaiting an official announcement by Airtel about the new higher speeds and upto what speed is airtel willing to upgrade its broadband. Most users complain that while Airtel might offer better customer service than MTNL, its broadband plans still leave a lot to be desired.
