It's a bit tough to use, but it's very helpful. It would show you related posts, for a post you have written. For example, for this post it would show you the post you had earlier, 'Is your ISP cheating you ?'. I'm not sure whether it uses tags to get the related post as I haven't tried it. I've yet to buy a domain :D There’s another plugin that’s very helpful for a site like yours.

PS: Why don't you install the Subscribe to Comments plugin? It'll bring back the users who commented, back to the blog, if there is any update from the author.
